University of Iowa vehicles are sold through on-line auction sales sites

• You must register with GovDeals in order to bid on vehicles
• All items sold to the highest bidder AS IS with NO WARRANTIES or GUARANTEES.
• Pick Up must be made within 10 days of closing of bidding.
• Payment  must be made within 5 days of closing bid, payment shall be in the form of Cashier’s check or certified check. Other forms of payment will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to request certified funds.
• Vehicles may be removed from surplus after full payment is made, and must be accompanied by a receipt of payment.
